Everything there was modern and the staff were very efficient and responsive. The food was savoury and the breakfast was good. The location was peaceful and close to a garden and a park. Also, the area was very nice.
The hotel staff was absolutely rude.

Loved London, the hotel was wonderful old and well-kept away from a stop on the hop on hop off buses. A suite with a particularly nice view, I had requested this in advance. The bed was comfortable & the staff was responsive. The venue was in a handy location really close to Kensington Gardens / Hyde Park, 2 tube stations and the underground and lots of restaurants. I came here for 3 nights and had a very very good stay

Food was fresh and I have nothing but comfortable memories from this trip. The hotel was big size, fairly clean and had nice breakfast. The location was marvellous and beautiful in the good area. Also, it was 1 mile from a Hyde park. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the room, which was bright and impeccable with baths.
